The Guild Church of St Mary Abchurch
The Electoral Roll
Every Church of England parish church and guild church has an electoral roll. St Mary Abchurch is a guild church, and so does not have a parish, but it still has an electoral roll, members of which are able to vote for the Guild Church Council, Churchwardens and other officers at the Annual Guild Church Meeting which is held in May each year. If you would like to take an active interest in St Mary Abchurch and its activities then you might wish to join the electoral roll, in which case please download and complete the form and return it to: The Rev'd Malcolm Torry, Chaplain, St Mary Abchurch, Abchurch Lane, London EC4N 7BA.
There are some conditions attached to membership of the electoral roll: You must be baptised and a member of the Church of England; you must have the consent of the priest responsible for St Mary Abchurch; and you must not be a member of another guild church electoral roll or of an electoral roll of a parish in the City of London. You are able to be on both a guild church electoral roll and the electoral roll of a parish not in the City of London.
